Gary was nice enough to bring along 2 of their Dragon Grills that I had purchased on the weekend. They look amazing in real life! Bigger than the photo, it looks like there's plenty of room to cook for 6 or even more, with staggered dishes. Luckily I ordered 2, the second was used as a gift for some of the swearing the boys may have heard coming from our cook site at 5:30 in the morning
But what an apology present!!
We also got to try some wagyu oyster steak in teryaki (?maybe?) sauce on their hibachi the boys were cooking with. It was absolutely incredible.
Seriously can't wait to fire it up at home and get my yakitori on. I'm thinking prawns, chicken, beef, scallops, all on little sticks with various asian themed sauces / glazes. Who doesn't love meat and seafood on a stick?!
