I was initially looking at a Hark gas smoker, but found the Kamado Akorn for a bit more, however I would be using it primarily for smoking. Is the Kamado easier to set and forget for smoking and maintaining a low temp around 120c?

I read a few things on the Hark being a bit harder to maintain those lower temps with wind/leakage/controls being harder over say a 10 hour cook?

Or is the Kamado also not as foolproof smoking at 120c over 10 hours?
