Just had a quick look at costco and they seem to have good pork and beef ribs.
Probably the best i have seen around.

Where you located mate? That'll help us help you.

Feast are pretty good for low and slow cuts, and great quality, which comes at a price. There are several locations around the place.

If your down south way, you could try Goodwood Quality Meat, a few of the local comp fellas use them and seem to be really happy.

I go to my local butcher, Ellis Bros at McClaren Vale. They can get you cape grim cuts, and have awesome steak, sausages etc. Ian is very friendly and always happy to work with you to get the right cuts.

I've been recommended Marino's at the Adelaide Central Markets for meat. Anyone been there? I've seen their Briskets, they are massive and they also supply one of the BBQ restaurants with there meats here in Adelaide.

cheers
