Cooked some Pork and Beef ribs on Monday in the home made smoker!
Both sets turned out AWESOME!!!

Home made Rub and BBQ Sauce came out a treat.
Both cooked using the 3-2-1 Method.

Looks yum! so how was the cook in terms of the beef/pork needing longer or shorter times when cooked together? Also did you zone the cooker for different temps or was it about the same and finally (if its not a family secret) what was in the rub & sauce?

3-2-1 method is the best for these sauces. The ribs look so yummy! Any other dishes that you've cooked recently? Please post pics if possible as you inspire me to cook.
