Might as well pop the brisket cherry, considering ive owned the Traeger for a little while now!

Woke at 4 this morning to prep and through her on before heading back to bed!

Colt and co rub - big bad beef rub!

At 121c/250f

Internal temp is at 80c ATM so I'm sure it's going through it's stall. Spritzing with water every half hour!
