Very happy with this pulled pork shoulder. I was able to get a good quality bone in shoulder of pork from my local butcher and that made all the difference.

Mesquite hardwood
3 hours @225f
8 hours @250f
Pulled once the core temp hit 90c.

This beauty fell to pieces as I pulled it from the bone with a beautiful silky texture.

It is a great one to work on and perfect, and the results are amazing. The cuts of meat are relatively cheap for the amount of meat they produce, and there is an unlimited amount of ways of seasoning and cooking the Pork. Highly recommended.
