Had some friends over for a housewarming a week or so back.
Decided to do brisket for the first time ever. I was worried as I was attempting to do it with 2 other pork dishes at the same time but the results were outstanding (even if I do say so myself)

Couldn't let the skin of the pig go to waste (there was actually 2x this)

Pork belly burn ends (click for recipe)

Pulled pork

Brisket

Sliced

My friends are easily pleased, but I was very happy with the results of both the pork belly burnt ends and the brisket.

Great work. The pig skin looks so crispy! I love pig skin especially when it's cooked that way. The crunchy sound in the mouth is heaven!
