I notice a lot of Yoder owners here but not much else.

I bought a GMG Pellet as an addition to my offset to see what they are like.

I must say the GMG is a pretty good BBQ I was impressed

Yoders are probably the majority here, but there is also quite a few gmg and tragear owners as well.

Hi Guys .
I have have been involved and or used most of the brands available here, but the bob grillson i imported is the best i have used and will run from a 12v car battery, uses half the amount of pellets as the other brands , WyFi is a plus can control all aspects of the cook , downside is need more real estate, anybody is welcome to come and check him out maybe have a cook up some time.
Cheers jim.

Just brought myself a Daniel Boone a few weeks back and love every aspect of it, especially the fact it didn't cost $5000 like a yoder haha would have loved a yoder but for what I did I don't think it's necessary. ...

I've owned a GMG Daniel Boon with WiFi for 8 months now.

To me, it seems to be very good bang for your buck, plus it fits where I wanted it to go and it gets a LOT of use.
I haven't used my vertical smoker since I got it.

Like all pellet BBQ's it's very easy to use and my wife loves to use it as well, a big bonus!

I've got the GMG Jim Bowie and really dig it. I would have loved to get a Yoder but before I was into smoking bought a Weber Summit, which was hard enough to get past the Committee (missus) at the time, plus undergoing major renos at the moment so had to compromise. The JB is awesome but the WiFi coverage is pretty shit. I've got a feeling that's because my house WiFi has an effect on it working properly. I need to try turning that off and see if the GMG WiFi improves. How do you find it for coverage Burnt Offerings & Draken? If I'm more than 5 or 6m away I lose connection.

GMG are a fantastic Pellet grill, as are Traeger and Yoder.

Yes there are a lot of Yoder owners here, mainly due to how they were treated by the other forum but there is also a lot of GMG and Traeger owners here.
Smoking Jim also has his fantastic machine as well (which im still yet to see in the flesh!!!)

regardless of which brand you choose you are welcome here and we would love to see what you cook
