Hi All

I recently stepped into offset BBQ from my WSM and loving it. I am however having trouble best setting the tuning plates on the Hark Pro. Any suggestions or pics of working solutions are very welcome.

At present I have the following configuration.

From right (firebox side) to left:

First is the large angle plate above the firebox opening.
Then 1 inch apart I have the 1 large plates and 2 narrower plates.
This leave a large gap on the far left.

I still seem to be much hotter on the right then the left. I would expect this as the firebox is on the right but I find I have to rotate food from right to left to cook evenly.

Thanks
Jason
