Hi All,

Have been asked for the cost on the below tuning plate I made for my own Hark Tri Fire
See below image.

http://s1052.photobucket.com/user/adpat ... e.jpg.html

Cost for the plate out of 6mm steel drilled and machined is $85 ea plus freight.
Let's know if your interested and I will do a run in the next few weeks.
Have orders for 4 plates at this time so will be starting the run in about a week

Cheers,

Andrew.

Nice looking bit O kit! What's your temp gradients end up like across the grate?

Hi Richtree,

They are about 15-20 F across the pit.
Have a couple of angles being made to stop the heat rising around the edges of the plate.......on the angled slope...........this will smooth the Temp range out even further.
Thinking of changing out the Temp gauge as well to a Tel Tru gauge for more accurate readings......

cheers,

Andrew.

Would love the Horizon 24inch.

http://www.horizonbbqsmokersstore.com/s ... ker/Detail

Or the Lang.

http://langbbqsmokers.com/lang60/lang60_original.html

Have a mate in Tennessee who has one...and he turns out great BBQ off of it.

Cant get the Horizons out here. Or the Langs for that matter.
Heading to the USA in January...might have to ship one or the other back. :D

Company io work for send s a 40ft container a week into Australia.

Hey Andrew,

Nice work on the plate. Do you have any rough idea on freight to Adelaide? I am very interested but seeing if it is financially viable.

Cheers

Stew

Hi Stew,

Freight to Adelaide is $35 dollars and that's registered so you sign for it .

Cheers,

Andrew. :D

Hi Andrew,
Where are you based? I'd be interested in one possibly.
