I set up my new Primo XL today on a stainless steel cart. First impressions are very good :-) I've just finished running it in at 300f for a couple of hours, to set the gasket etc.

The grills look good, it holds a lot of charcoal which will go for 18-20 hours and is a heavy beast :-)

Check out some photos, I'm going to be having a play this weekend :-)

Still deciding Gary????? I have some of the Porterhouse I cut up last weekend and I would really like to have a go at a Brisket. Maybe both, I want to try hot 700f grilling and some low and slow.

That pic where it's lighting the charcoal, I thought it was a big match. Guess it's a built in gas start thingy?

It's a MAP weed burner torch from Masters, this is the most fun part of lighting charcoal, I even use it on the small Hibachi......great fun :-)

You could do so pretty nice tandoori food in there if it gets that hot!
