So, MANY MANY new offset manafacturers tend to be popping up in the australian BBQ market and i thought it may be time just to list them here.

Aussie Pitmasters suggests that should you be in the market to purchase an offset smoker to do your research on what your needs are and the R&D, Performance and quality of manafacturing be taken into consideration when considering price.

Larger offset BBQ's are traditionally easier to manage heat due to higher thermal mass in my opinion 20" or larger is what i recommend when looking for a high quality BBQ pit.

i would dare say it would be hard to find an independent reviewer or someone whom has had enough grill time on enough grills to have an unbiased view
