Does anyone else get agitated looking at shiners and anorexic "USA STYLE" pork spare ribs in the butchers windows?

Does anyone have or know a good supplier of meaty and fairly priced pork spare ribs in Sydney area?

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers, Matt.

I don't even bother looking at them anymore! Costco has been selling very meaty baby backs lately, some folks have commented that there is actually too much meat left on them. Might be worth checking out if you're a member.

I have a source but I keep it secret. Keep your eye out at Asian butchers get a boning knife and learn to trim. It's the best way.
