Hi guys,
I'm hearing good things about Blues Hog sauces but having no luck finding them available in Oz. Any idea where I might be able to get some?

Cheers

Order them from firecraft.com and be prepared to pay hundreds of dollars in shipping since the small bottles are glass and the big gallon jusg are, well, gallons of liquid. Either way it'll be heavy.

I got no help for you as far as acquiring. Shipping is stupid!

But it IS a solid sauce. Used it back in the competition days and did quite well. It's not just a sugar syurp...I like that!

Anybody know the bloke at USA foods in VIC? They bring a few gallon containers of things like this. I'd take a couple.

Yes, blues hog is a GREAT sauce! Shame we can't get it here and it seems attempts to import it commercially haven't worked out...

I've asked the question of USA Foods, but I also notice Big Poppa Smokers distribute it and GrillPro distribute some of their products here...

Gonna give this a try. This bloke reverse engineers the recipe.
