great choice in grills there Tony, the primo's are a step above the rest of the kamado's. if you are going to spend the money this is the one i would recommend (with the exception of the komodo kamado...those things are art).
the ovals have the massive added bonus of 2 heat zones that most normal kamados dont have.
hope you have a demo model so we can make some pizzas that rival a dedicated pizza oven

Mate the XL is in the courtyard now with a brisket in it, it has been running for 10 hours so far on one feed of Charcoal they are impressive machines. I have seen the XL spit out pizza in 4-5 mins each as fast as you can make them, they make a great alternative to a built in pizza oven.
