How was the show for you Tony, lots of interest?
Yeah Hi Dave
Mate we were a bit limited for space 36m square so we took the Cheyenne 16" offset and the YS480 Pellet Grill and the put the Cheyenne out on the edge of the stand and it was the leading product of interest. Literally hundreds of people had to open it to have a look and of course even the little Cheyenne has some mass about her and some kids lost some fingers but that was cool. We talked to stacks of people about Low and Slow and it was great to talk to some people from different cultures and backgrounds about what they love to cook for traditional family fare and food in general. There was of course the obligatory knuckle heads who would say they could build one for one fifth of the price but after I rolled it over their foot a couple of times, (by accident of course) they could see the quality of the build and were more to my way of thinking.
The YS480 on the other hand had some of them mesmerized and then after a while of chat you could see the penny starting to topple about the pellets and flavour. What was great were the folk some of them from the forum some of them who just liked to smoke their own stuff had some great stories and chat to share. We made some new friends and we sold some stuff and that was the show for this year.
