Yeah your right we did that last year and lost our focus a bit from selling to feeding the masses. Also with having to have refrigerators, sinks etc we lost a third of the stand not to mention the three different organisations we had to satisfy.

Hmmm some sort of tie up with a BBQ vendor selling food out front cooking on the same product and referring people to your stand would be better.

My wife is a qualified commercial cook... Maybe next time we could work something out.

The problem with the exhibition centre is that you usually can't sell food unless that's the core of your exhibition. I believe spotless or someone like that holds the rights to food stalls at MEC.
Good idea but in a lot of cases just not possible

Exactly last year I had to sign off on tasting portion sizes only no selling must be on tooth picks and MCC food prep inspections fridge temps the lot.

This year at the food kiosk a very ordinary chicken Caesar wrap and a bucket of cold chips was $13.50 (no drinks)
