What a great arvo - good food, good friends! :P

Congratulations on a great new store, Tony. We wish you much success!

PS: next time we'll need Riedel. Those plastic cups don't smash as well on the Yoder! ;)

Was great to catch up with a few I already knew, and meet some others I didn't. Bought a few goodies from Tony, and hoping to try them out very soon (Mad Hunky rub and brine, and a small amaze-n-smoker, much to Dave's suprise.)
Also, thanks to Dave and Hector for spoiling my taste buds with that inside skirt meat and Tatonka dust on it. Now I know what a lot of you are on about. Couldn't afford the Tatonka Dust this visit, but maybe one day in the future.
And "Thanks" Tony for the "Inner Sanctum" area.

Normally I bore people when talking about bbq so its great to catch up with like minded people!

Tony - the store is fantastic. I haven't seen a better one in Australia. Congrats and I hope it's a success.

Enjoyed my visit and learnt a bit more about BBQ.

A small taste of the skirt steak is going to cost me a fortune!
Impressed with the Yoder and walked away with some Tatonka Dust which I used tonight on some porterhouse steaks.
Also grabbed some Mad Hunky for the next cook.

Great store and will see you soon.

Great day, shared with great people and a fantastic store. Nice meeting everyone was good to catchup.

Also thanks to Dave, Tony and Hector for the delicious samplings. I can still taste that sher wagyu skirt steak! Bloody hell it was so good!

Lime on tatonka dust steak... Who would have thought!?

I'll try. Tony, Dave, Hector, me, kaz, Garth, food and fish, (have to look up correct name) Santo, chromis, edgy, beaver.
I think I have correct. Had to keep editing post as I'm on my phone.
