looking at a hark electric smoker........
I'm liking the easy of use for my first smoker.

but open to suggestions?

Not a bad place to start, low relative cost, but you get what you pay for with this product. The smoker it is based on is the Bradley 4 Rack Original, which has stood the test of time. The Bradley 4 Rack Digital is a great machine however it will certainly do any domestic requirements well with out fuss, in saying that it won't handle a large brisket but will easily manage ribs, sausages, fish, cheeses etc but neither will the Hark. We stock both Hark and Bradleys so when your ready call into a store and check them out.
