Yoder Offset Smokers

Yoder Offset Smokers moves you beyond simply grilling and into the world of slow smoking and barbecuing. The difference is this; the heat and smoke are drawn through the cooking chamber indirectly, the indirect heat is the secret to producing moist, super tender meat with that rich smoky flavor. Whether you are feeding your family or a gathering of a dozen people put the Cheyenne, Wichita or Kingman to work for you and be prepared to enjoy Blue Ribbon results.

As with all Yoder products, the heavy ΒΌ inch steel construction and efficient air flow management system produces great results-with minimal effort.

+1! that thing looks like it should have an old steam locomotive pulling it. If I wasn't getting so old & lazy, I'd want to replace Rusty with another offset. I really like the loaded Wichita, but I think I'm ready for a pellet grill now.

That black on black comp cart looks great!

With the comp carts, is there anything inside of them? Could they be modified with doors to store wood etc?

there is a door with a large drawer on the 2 door model, but it gets very hot in there.

Hold the press, there is a new Bad Boy on the block;

Image
Yoder Smokers Custom 36" Tripple Door Offset Smoker on Competition Cart.

This custom built Offset Smoker is an absolute Monster. The body is manufactured from 36" pipe ( compared to the Frontiersman, pictured below from 30" Pipe )

Now I realize its only 6" , but in reality it is around double the size of the Frontiersman.

Image

These custom Offset Smokers position Yoder Smokers as one of the leading Smoker manufacturers in the United States.

We are very proud to import these & have them available for Australians to purchase, one of the very few countries outside the US to be able to import the Yoder brand 8)

Cheers, Dave
